Training plan 'COOPERATION'-Facilitator:

Day 1 and 2:
You are trained for your first 'COOPERATION'-training with a team.
You interatively go through all 6 modules:
1. Success: How to ensure that everybody at work experiences success
2. Coaching & Motivation: How to create and maintain high motivation - procedure of solution-focused coaching
3. Problem solving: How to solve problems in a soluion-focused manner.
4. Offering criticism: How to offer criticism in a way that works 
5. Responding to criticism: How to respond to criticism in a constructive manner
6. Resolving hurts: How to resolve hurts swiftly and effectively

Until the 3. day of the training (a few months later) 
It is your task to train the modules of 'COOPERATION' with a group and complete the exercises of each module incl. its documentation.

3. Day:
You reflect your experiences in your training group and get valuable information on performance improvement.
