For Consulting and Coaching
Coaching and consulting sessions are invocied based on the agreed fees. Should you cancel bookings 48 hours
prior to the set date no costs will occur.

For open seminars
Your reservation is valid as of booking via e-mail or fax or after having remitted the seminar fee. Further claims
and demands are excluded. With the order confirmation the customer accepts the general businesss terms of
Poarch Training Systems.
